After you can update url in Forum URL Management

I uploaded files to /ext/phpbb/usu-master directory, but I can not found it in ACP. I clicked on new version Re-Check all versions link in Extension Manager Panel.

Oh ok. I change directory /ext/phpbbseo/usu/ and now It is work
