Hello to you... it was better before installing , saved the phpbb-seo cache and your before .htaccess if you have it replace it. as you see , our links is ok http://www.phpbb-seo.ir/community/ultimate-seo-friendly-url/how-to-personalize-url-t1235.html are you remember yours phpbb-seo settings in 3.0...

u should drop me a pm and give me ur forum and host access i should see that myself.

after enabling extension u should go to "Server Config" in "phpBB Seo" tab in acp and copy .htaccess code in into ur same file in ur host.

are u trying to update ur phpBB? from version 3.0 ?
u should put the extensions files into "phpbbseo/meta" and "phpbbseo/usu" exactly, once uninstall and again install it.
